Sculptures

 

Sometimes my sculptures reflect life and other times maybe a memory or a fantasy.

When I hold the clay in my hand and feel its malleability and infinite possibilities, I can forget time and space. The actual creation process is mostly the most important part for me, there I could often stop and stop. Sometimes it can take a long time to proceed with the next step. Raku has in that context opened up a whole new world for me. I love surprises and certainly you can be surprised when it comes to Raku.
